Toyin Akinbuli
With a diverse background as a Certified Life & Health Coach, Doula, Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Herbalist, and an MBA, I blend spirituality, respect for indigenous (Yoruba) cultures, and sustainability into my holistic approach. My work focuses on healing, resilience, and promoting social and holistic justice through a trauma-informed and globally aware lens.
Rooted in a deep spiritual practice, I offer yoga sessions that go beyond physical postures. My approach integrates mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing to foster inner peace and resilience. I hold a profound respect for my Yoruba culture, recognizing its wisdom and strength, I incorporate my traditional healing practices into my yoga and wellness sessions.
With a trauma-informed approach, I create safe, supportive environments for healing. As a maternal health advocate, I understand the impact of trauma on the body and mind to help individuals process and heal from their experiences, as my yoga sessions are designed to support trauma recovery and foster resilience.
My yoga teacher's journey is a remarkable blend of spirituality, respect for indigenous cultures, (global) sustainability, yummy vegan cooking, and a deep commitment to trauma-informed care. Throughout my work, I foster environments where healing, justice, and sustainability are paramount. My holistic approach underscores the importance of addressing trauma to create a more compassionate and just world.

Ebonique Faria
What do you want the world to know about you? We are all remembered for different reasons by various people. I’m known for my silver curls and magnetic energy. Day by day, we make decisions that shape the world around us. Sometimes decisions are made from places of fear, blockages or holding onto what no longer serves us.
As a Reiki Master, I send healing energy that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. The body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. Sometimes, when we’re in the state of relaxation, we can often see the world differently.
What if we changed the narrative in our heads? You know, those silly doubting thoughts that stop us every time. When I started to challenge my own thoughts, I understood my reasons for decisions made… without judgement. Thoughts such as: “everyone is staring at you!!” My Response: As they should!! I spent 20 mins on this hair, changed my pants about three times and I may have skipped a meal to squeeze in the pants I didn't end up wearing…my legs do look amazing in these cowboy boots! Perhaps, it’s okay that people appreciate the efforts it took for us to arrive or SHOW-UP. Let them gaze at you with appreciation. What a great feeling to have people acknowledge and notice your efforts.
People have often spoken to me as if I already were a healer of some sort. I took a chance on myself in spite of self-doubt and fear. After showing up to my first reiki practitioner class, it felt like homemade baked mac ‘n cheese on a rainy day; home! By taking a leap, I allowed myself to see my true capabilities. Who knew, people really are looking, noticing and perhaps staring at me.
The time and effort we spend doing the work on ourselves is valued when you believe that you are worthy of happiness, peace, and a blessed world that you want to live in. Show up for yourself, this is your world. Honestly believe, you can catch yourself. You’re more than capable, more than enough, more than able! You got this!!
Meet me on my chair. Let’s chat. I’ll send healing energy and you, relax. Perhaps, discover how to see your world differently to make choices from a loving space…by the way, “who are THESE people!!”

Ruth Febo
200HR RYT
Ruth Febo, she/her/ella, (RYT® 200), first came to yoga in 2003 for the physical benefits of the practice. Her doctor recommended yoga to help her with some physical challenges she was working through. She practiced occasionally, but never thought of it as anything more than stretching exercises. It was not until 2016, when she started to study yoga philosophy and explore the other limbs of yoga, that she developed a regular practice. She received her teaching certificate at Metrowest Yoga & Training Center in 2019 under the guidance of Shawn Shaw and the wonderful teachers at Metrowest Yoga. In her classes, she emphasizes breath during movement to help cultivate a mind-body connection. She believes sangha, community, is an important part of the practice and a place where practitioners can offer support and acceptance of one another. She continues to be a student of yoga, on and off the mat.

Alana Maneus
Hi, I’m Alana(she/her)! I'm a 200hr yoga instructor who started practicing yoga in 2015 with at home youtube videos which truly began a journey of self-discovery and awareness.Practicing more in a private space initially, I didn't start practicing in any studio until early 2024. In September 2024, I committed to the yoga teacher program at Hot Power Yoga and became certified in May 2025. I am planning to continue my education in the mindfulness space in the near future.I fell in love with yoga for the way it brings peace to the mind and strength to the body, and now I’m passionate about sharing that with others. My classes are all about mindful movement, compassion, and truly connecting with self — whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or deepening your practice. Initially I have taught Vinyasa/ hot power Vinyasa yoga, I am looking forward to learning more about Hatha, Yin and restorative yoga. I enjoy yoga as a means to connect deeper with self and others, hoping to bring inclusivity and body positivity to the community. Off the mat, you can find me reading, tending to my plants or roller skating.
